Couples Counseling
Whether you're looking to repair your relationship, renew your connection, or explore the possibility of separation or divorce — couples counseling offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to deepen understanding and move forward with clarity. Together, we’ll identify patterns each of you bring to the relationship, find tangible ways to strengthen emotional connection, and help you navigate the next steps in your relationship with intention and care.

Neurodivergent Adults
Living with ADHD or autism brings both strengths and challenges. I work with neurodivergent children and adults in ways tailored to their unique needs. With children, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for connection and collaborate with parents to navigate the complex medical and educational systems to ensure access to appropriate services. With adults, I focus on building self-acceptance, developing practical strategies for managing sensory overload, and enhancing social awareness through various therapeutic interventions. I also support individuals diagnosed with ASD later in life as they unmask at their own pace and make sense of past coping strategies.

Emerging Adults
Navigating young adulthood can feel overwhelming—identity, relationships, career choices, and independence all converge at once. I help young adults sort through the uncertainty, gain clarity, and build the confidence to move forward on their own terms. When exploring career direction, I incorporate career assessments to support thoughtful, values-aligned decision-making. Therapy in this life stage can be a powerful catalyst for change, as early coping strategies are still flexible and the motivation for growth is strong. Together, we examine how past experiences shape present patterns—and work to build new ones that truly serve you.

Caregivers
Caring for others often means putting your own needs last—but your well-being matters, too. The mental load of raising a child with complex medical needs is immense, and often goes unspoken due to the pressure to always be selfless. In our work together, you'll have space to reflect on anything and everything—without judgment. Many caregivers come to therapy already burned out, so a core focus of our work will be helping you reconnect with yourself and your needs. The goal is to build a life that feels sustainable and meaningful—not just for those you care for, but for you, too.
“Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding".
