Healing is always possible.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor authorized to provide services in New York and Florida. I currently reside in Central New York, where I see most of my clients virtually. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Oswego. However, I believe that my lived experience is no less important than my clinical training.

My parents divorced when I was very young, and I grew up navigating two homes with vastly different parenting styles. This experience gave me firsthand insight into family dynamics, life transitions, and, later, the process of identity exploration. I also grew up with a younger sibling with ASD, which inspired one of my specialties: working with couples and siblings of children with complex medical needs as well as neurodivergent adults.

I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and self-actualize and it is an honor and privilege to watch people transform. While I have a range of specialties, I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. If you are self-motivated and ready to embrace change, it would be my privilege to support you on your journey.

I like to meet people in the here-and-now. I believe the past influences our current behaviors, but the present moment is the only place we can begin. I use a person-centered and psychodynamic approach to assist individuals in understanding their deep-rooted patterns.
